Human success, in an ai world

I

For decades, we built our identity around our skills. Now, we need to go beyond that.

II

We're building the Institute, the Community, and the Conversations for the world where humans and ai live side by side.

Built by people who've already done this once

Humain is co-founded by Gargi Ruparelia and Shronit Ladhani, who have built education and adjacent businesses for nearly a decade, helping 4 million Indians be ready for their dream jobs.

What we believe
"Technical skilling helped millions of people into the workforce. Humaîn is for what happens after — leading it."

"Most people are using AI like chatbots. We want to show the world what it means to treat it like a colleague instead."
